why you should be healthy

            so i know everyone had always wanted to be more healthy and they never did it and definitely I'm one of them .
when you go .....I'm gonna eat healthy and be comfortable with my body but then you think of a burger and we all now what happens so i decided to give you some reasons why we should all stop eating junk food and stick to our veggies and im not talking about any crazy diets because eating 200 calories is not called healthy its called starving your self. lets start..
 

                         having more energy

     when you eat healthy and enough you will definitly have more energy to go outside to exercise yaaas i said exercise when you actually eat healthy it deos make it easier for you to exercise because you are ready for it .
because have you ever saw anyone eat pizza for lunch and say i really feel like exercising today.....

                           losing weight /fat

      im not saying you need to cuz your beautifel the way you are but if thats your goal then your good . when you eat healthy your body turns in too a fat burner witch means losing weight .obviously exercise will also have a roll but your diet is everything.
and you will lose weight without starving your self just eat as much vegetables and fruit as you like without counting calories.

                           having clear skin

   i khow most of us someday had few pimples its normal but when it gets too much 
especially for us girls with acne prone skin we feel so self conscious well do you notice sometimes when you eat alot of cheese or butter and the next day you have a huge pimple on your face ...... it happens to me all the time  .
that means that when eat a lot of dairy and oil and meat it effects your skin very fast . when you stoop eating all of that it dafinetly shows some good results.
